The launched  study comprised the design of two spaces which proximity and relationship represent the core of the city center. A forthcoming second stage will develop a plateau, where a train station willl be opened by the end of 2015, covering in addition the industrial development SIG,  which will require major urban  developments in the near future. The project surface covers an area of ​​17’046 m2.

The proposal for the city center area involves five geometrial volumes in diverse sizes, which in combination with the existing school and cityhall create a well structured urban ensemble. By varying the size and shape of the volumes, a central lively spaces is formed.The elevated location of the area in relation of the city, accentuates the center and creates identity.
